It is always easier to be a voice of doom than to be a beacon of light.

Negativity requires no faith. Criticism takes no courage. Anyone can point out what is broken.

But Jesus calls us higher.

In Gospel of Matthew 5:16, He says,
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Light is intentional. Light is visible. Light costs something.

When you choose hope over cynicism, faith over fear, encouragement over complaint, you reflect the heart of God. You become a living testimony that darkness does not win.

Do not blend in with the noise.
Shine.

Someone is watching. And when they see your light, they will see Him.
